As a key member of our internal Project Management Office (PMO) that supports the ongoing needs of our growing business, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and execution of projects organization-wide. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, you will interface with all internal teams and will be focused on helping deliver high priority, cross-functional initiatives across the company.

This role focuses on managing customer-related activities for our product implementation team and will be part of the CEO's office. The Program Manager will also take on various Chief of Staff responsibilities, interfacing with global customers, and owning customer success metrics.

The Technical Project Manager is highly detail oriented and organized; a motivated self-starter, with excellent communication and facilitation skills, who can work effectively with a wide range of personalities in a highly technical software development environment. This role involves overseeing the technical direction, coordination, implementation, execution, process control, and completion of technical software projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

We're looking for a Project Manager to orchestrate AI-powered creative projects for premium brands. This role demands someone who can blend traditional project management with innovative AI production methodologies, particularly within the beauty sector. The Project Manager will deliver GenAI projects, facilitate feedback, manage timelines, budgets and resourcing requests, and collaborate with the team effectively.

The Product Manager will lead the development of Hypemind's insights platform, serving as the primary owner of the insight-as-a-service platform. This role will translate strategic vision into product requirements, coordinate with engineering and data teams, and ensure the platform delivers compelling value to users and clients across B2C, B2B, and B2I segments.

As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in a fast-paced in-house agency, running day-to-day, growth, and development. You will ensure projects are prioritized, scoped, assigned, kicked off, and delivered on time while managing multiple projects in creative development, including design, copywriting, production, and final handoff. You'll partner with clients and creative leadership to align timelines and meet expectations, ensuring brand consistency while working on various materials.

As the Technical Project Manager, you will be the force behind creating and sustaining smart, agile, and AI-enhanced project management systems that keep small, cross-functional teams aligned and moving fast. This role involves shaping how work gets done across Engineering, IT, and Tech Ops, distilling complexity into simplicity, and ensuring every contributor has what they need to focus on high-impact work.

You'll manage the support of a mid-large scale product, working closely with engineers, designers and government partners to triage issues and distill them into clear, actionable tickets for the team. You'll be available to tackle Priority one issues as they arise. You'll also work with the team to continually improve on our response and support of the system and build close working relationships with a variety of people.

As the primary client liaison, you will lead multiple customer facing EHR implementation projects simultaneously and manage customer implementations in a Professional Services environment. A successful candidate will thoroughly understand the customer’s business needs and be responsible for the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans.

Manages the development, evaluation, and implementation of one of more projects for a specified division or department. Develops written procedures relating to system implementation and prepares project status reports. Maximizes the use of reporting software available and acts as a liaison to other departments for the implementation of new projects.
